Refund policy

At VELLOURA, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request a Return
Email us at mugilanmystore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll share the return address and next steps once your request is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, personalised/customised products, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
